Interesting article, based on a Ernst&Young study and the comments of two of their executives about Outsourcing, reviewed the evolution of these processes in business since the less added value activities to be up to the core business. The article expound that the actual financial situation must help to increase the outsourcing process not only for cost rise but more flexibility and specialized management in order to do more efficient the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing).

By the way the article comments the reasons to slow down this process in Spanish companies' opinion. These are more psychologically than financial or business reasons about the confidence, the control losses,... There are no clear ideas about to solve this situation in the article. We think that the key are the maximum customer involve since BOP development project star up and to follow the partners outsourcing activities. This is the reason for DIAG3 wants to be as a strategic partner (no a service supplier) by his contract companies and, we also have develop a monitoring tool (SC2 Supply Chain Score Card) to follow process and have an open communicate about the outsourcing activities.
At the end there are a sentence of NIKE CEO "In my company all must be outsource except brand image" we are agree whit him, we think that business will go in this way. What is your opinion?
